Egg Omelet Indian style

Take 2 eggs, only take white portion.

throw away the yellow part.

chop onion(half is enough), 4-5 mushrooms, 1/8 of red pepper, salt, cumin and mix it well.

I like to add fresh coriander also.

put little oil in a pan and spread half of the mixture.

cook well. 2 kinds of omelet will be ready from the full mixture.

Toast bread in a toaster and enjoy with the omelet.

Hi Ritu, you can add those spices also to the ingredient list as well. It will give more precise calories :) I will try this myself.
